Honey Heaven was established in 2015 by brother and sister team, Robert & Silvia Mocsari who were keen to share the incomparable honeys of their homeland, Hungary. Brought up on these, together with a knowledge of the medicinal benefits of herbs and spices passed down the generations, they sourced a range of 10 organic honeys from small artisanal beekeepers to reflect this wisdom and passion for health-giving, natural products that taste great.

Night-time Tea (50g)

We’ve taken the finest natural ingredients to produce this naturally caffeine free, organic Night-time tea designed to help soothe after a stressful day and aid peaceful, healthy sleep so you awake refreshed and ready to go in the morning.

Using hawthorn, hop, chamomile and lavender, we have created peace of mind and well-being in a mug!

Oolong Detox Tea (100g) 

Our Oolong Detox Tea Blend is a twist on the traditional Chinese Oolong tea made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensisplant which is also used to make green and black teas. The difference is in how the teas are processed which is all to do with oxidation, a chemical reaction that begins when the leaves are exposed to the air, and which is responsible for the colour and taste of different teas:

• Green tea is produced from fresh tea leaves that have not undergone oxidation

• Black tea is created when leaves are fully crushed which enhance oxidations

• Oolong tea is created when the leaves are wilted in the sun and slightly bruised to create partial oxidation which is why it has the benefits of both green and black teas

Our Oolong Detox Tea Blend also incorporates Gingko biloba leaf and warming spices ginger and cinnamon, for added flavour and benefits.
