Shipping policy

Delivery times are displayed for guidance only and while we endeavor to deliver in the quoted time, we can not be held liable to you for deliveries made either early or late. Additionally, we will make reasonable attempt to contact you prior to your scheduled delivery if we foresee difficulty in fulfilling your delivery. In the event of non-delivery, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery. Payment Honey Heaven Ltd shall be entitled to payment in full for the price of goods on the date that the customer’s order is placed. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage. In the event that a failed payment occurs, you agree to compensate us in full against all reasonable costs, expenses and outgoings incurred by us in obtaining payment from you.
